Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with purchases.
• Learn and apply retail sales techniques, including product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Work closely with sales associates and managers to learn best practices and improve your skills.
• Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Learn and use point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
