📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our GPS tracking solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer client inquiries to address their needs and concerns.
• Track and report on sales performance and client interactions using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking solutions and related technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits and client meetings.
