📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers and promote Moxie International Sales Hub products and services.
• Host and participate in events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Uphold the Moxie brand values and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and marketing.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Marketing Agent, Brand Ambassador, or similar role in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for the Moxie International Sales Hub brand and a commitment to representing it with pride.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commuting and event participation.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali.
