HR Coordinator - Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Canggu and help us build a strong and diverse workforce. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing recruitment processes to supporting employee relations. You will work closely with our HR team and department heads to ensure that our workforce is well-trained and motivated. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations by addressing grievances and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related role.
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
