📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver high-quality GMAT preparation programs using tools like Khan Academy and Quizlet.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Create and maintain detailed lesson plans that cover all sections of the GMAT exam.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GMAT exam trends and best practices in education.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative teaching strategies and materials.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- GMAT Preparation Certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring GMAT preparation.
- Strong knowledge of GMAT exam content, including Quantitative, Verbal, and Integrated Reasoning sections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using educational software and tools.
