As a strategic partner to the Founder, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our financial systems, ensuring compliance, and driving data-driven decisions in Malang, Jawa Timur.

In this role, you will manage a team of accountants and financial analysts, implementing SAP S/4HANA and Oracle NetSuite to streamline our financial processes. You will also ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning, all while fostering a culture of financial excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize financial systems using SAP S/4HANA and Oracle NetSuite.
• Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Founder and other departments to drive data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and tax compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
