In this role, you’ll work closely with senior accountants and financial analysts to prepare accurate financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing analysis and insights to support financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
