📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, disease management, and preventive care.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest medical advancements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each individual.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited medical school.
• Active medical license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general practice or a related medical field.
• Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
