📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Conduct cost analyses and prepare accurate estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and approve project plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting and estimating for construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
