📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets by supporting sales activities and customer visits.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Manage customer data and sales records using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sales promotions and events.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving KPIs and maintaining high sales performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to support sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations as required.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a must.
