Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude,Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions,Assist in the operation of banking services and equipment,Follow all company policies and procedures,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role,Familiarity with banking services and transactions,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Knowledge of basic computer skills and banking software,Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
