Optima Prima Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Preparing and submitting financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.,Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Conducting regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Preparing and analyzing financial reports for management.,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
