📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction and maintenance projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and maintain construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and supervise a team of engineers and workers.,Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to management.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for construction sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successful project execution.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
