📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
