📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying potential clients and converting them into loyal customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and sales strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services through various channels.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to network with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
