PT Boga Sinergi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Seminyak. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant or food service operation.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
