Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure timely and correct payment processing for patients and insurance companies,Maintain and update financial records and reports,Handle cash handling and bank deposits,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff,Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies or issues,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting,Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or financial transaction role,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using computer and financial software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with dental insurance and payment processing systems is a plus,Ability to work remote and meet deadlines
