📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily palm oil processing operations to ensure efficient and safe production.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers to maintain high standards of quality and safety.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in palm oil processing operations, preferably in a supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing teams and operations in a palm oil processing environment.,Strong knowledge of palm oil processing techniques and best practices.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to palm oil processing.,Familiarity with quality control measures and standards in the palm oil industry.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations within Bali.
