PT Garuda Raya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can drive store performance, manage a team of store managers, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to achieve store performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to store managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
