Global Electronics is looking for a Lead Production Supervisor to oversee our production processes and ensure optimal efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of production supervisors and ensuring that all production activities are carried out according to company standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring production performance and implementing improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
