📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
