📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events are executed according to the event plan and timeline.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including decorating, table setting, and equipment setup.,Maintain accurate records of all banquet events, including guest lists, catering orders, and event feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the event management industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
