📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and update IT equipment and software.,Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.,Train and support end-users on IT systems and software.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's website.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with network troubleshooting and security protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
