📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Write user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials,Support the marketing team with product documentation for sales and customer support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown),Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills
