🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
