📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit and onboard new employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Administer and update employee records,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proactive and detail-oriented
