📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization and clients.
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity experts to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices to proactively address emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into overall business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of security awareness.
  • Report security incidents and breaches to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on solution development.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing cybersecurity solutions in complex environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
