📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the café's performance, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the café is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.,Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that we are delivering high-quality food and drinks to our customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that we are getting the best products and services at the best prices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.,A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.,A degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, or management) is preferred but not required.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software is a plus.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
