📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing regular reports to management.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
