📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily vessel operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Utilize VMS and ECDIS for efficient vessel management and navigation.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure vessel integrity.
• Monitor fuel consumption and optimize route planning for cost efficiency.
• Provide training and support to the crew on operational procedures and safety measures.
• Maintain detailed records of operations and generate reports for management.
• Participate in emergency response drills and ensure readiness for any potential incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations or fisheries management.
• Certified as a Marine Surveyor or hold relevant certifications in maritime safety.
• Proficient in using VMS and ECDIS software.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
