🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
