Bahagia Krisna Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Telesales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our auto service offerings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.,Schedule appointments for customers and ensure they are confirmed and attended.,Provide information about our auto service offerings, including pricing and availability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments.,Assist in the development and implementation of telesales strategies and tactics.,Collaborate with the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in auto service and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or telesales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
