📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the injection molding department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of injection molding technicians, providing training and guidance to maintain high productivity and product quality.
• Monitor and maintain injection molding machines, conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement quality control measures, including first article inspections and process validation, to ensure compliance with medical device regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize molding processes and improve product performance.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding, with a focus on medical devices or a similar high-precision industry.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with injection molding machines and software, such as Moldflow or similar simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and medical device regulations.
