As a BIM Modeller at The Supreme HR Advisory, you'll daily work with industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
• Generate and manage construction documentation, including drawings and schedules, from BIM models.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure BIM models are up-to-date and accurate.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BIM and construction technology.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
